about ally
I built this work because I lived the alternative, and I found my way back. here's how.

the beginning
life didn't feel easy growing up. my path felt scattered and directionless, filled with self-doubt, low confidence, abandonment, and a deep sense of not being enough. and instead of learning how to feel any of that, I learned something else: how to excel my way out of it.
since my teens, I believed that the only way to survive was to be the best. to achieve my way into worthiness. it worked on the outside, and it cost me everything on the inside. by the time I reached college, I was mentally, physically, and emotionally burnt out before I'd even really begun.
without understanding it at the time, I made the unconscious choice to shut myself off. from others, from intimacy, from anything that might shine a light on what I was actually carrying. I was surrounded by people and isolated at the same time.
I stayed away from the people who knew me. I projected my pain onto the ones who stayed. I held onto things far too long, because letting go felt like it might undo me entirely.
the shift
after years of struggling, I found a mentor. I thought self-development work would make my life simpler, I was wrong. what it did was ask me to go back into the places I'd been avoiding my whole life. the wounds. the memories. the abandonment and rejection I'd never let myself fully feel.
that was the hardest thing I've ever done. and it was the most important. I realized I built a reality on lack and pain.
as I started to release the pain I'd been carrying, my whole life reorganized itself. I left an 11-year relationship. I moved multiple times. I left my job, went full-time in my own business, and competed as a professional bodybuilder, all around the same time. not because I had it figured out, but because I finally had enough ground under my feet to move.
the obstacles I once saw as walls became the path forward. I found self-love, clarity, and a sense of purpose I'd never had before.
I still have hard days. but I have the tools, the practice, and the support to keep going, and now I use everything I learned to help you do the same.

my approach
to me, eroticism isn't something to hide, fix, or apologize for. it's life force. it's the current of aliveness that moves through you when you feel awake in your own skin — the same energy that makes you feel creative, magnetic, and turned on by your own life.
so much of my work is about taking sensuality and sexuality out of the shadow of shame and taboo, and making them something you can actually feel — in your body, on your own terms. because your desire isn't too much. your pleasure isn't a problem to be managed. they're doorways home.
i hold this work as sacred, because it is. when you reconnect to your erotic energy, you don't just change your sex life, you come back to life. that's the work. that's what i'm here for.
